Sehubungan dengan hal ini Perseroan telah menegaskan kembali penunjukan Bapak Sang In Lee sebagai Komisaris Utama Perseroan pada Akta No. 54 tanggal 10 Juli 2025, yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan dan telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data Perseroan No. AHU-AH.01.09-0309509 tanggal 10 Juli 2025 sehubungan dengan perubahan susunan pengurus Perseroan. Dengan demikian susunan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan menjadi sebagai berikut: A.
