Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sebagai tindak lanjut dari Keterbukaan Informasi yang
diumumkan Perseroan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2025 terkait
dengan upaya - upaya untuk memenuhi ketentuan V.1.1
dan/atau ketentuan V.1.2 Peraturan BEI No. I-A ("Ketentuan
Free Float"), berikut disampaikan bahwa sampai dengan saat
ini Perseroan masih terus menjajaki upaya terbaik untuk
memenuhi Ketentuan Free Float.
Sejauh ini Perseroan juga telah berhasil mengangkat kondisi
free float Perseroan dari posisi 5,26% di akhir Januari 2025
menjadi 6,20% di akhir Februari 2025 dan 7,10% di akhir Juni
2025 melalui divestasi sebagian porsi saham pemegang
saham pengendali dan atau relasi dari PT Bank JTrust
Indonesia Tbk
Perseroan melalui Pemegang Saham Pengendali utama
maupun pemegang saham yang berelasi dengan pemegang
saham utama juga akan terus melanjutkan upaya melakukan
divestasi demi terus menambah jumlah free float Perseroan.

Disclosure of Information Regarding the Progress of the
Type of Material Information or Facts Recovery Plan for the Conditions Causing the Suspension of
PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk's Shares
Description of Material Information or As a follow-up to the Disclosure of Information announced by
Facts the Company on January 15, 2025, regarding efforts to comply
with provisions V.1.1 and/or V.1.2 of IDX Regulation No. I-A
("Free Float Provisions"), the Company is currently exploring
the best possible ways to comply with the Free Float
Provisions.
To date, the Company has successfully increased its free float
from 5.26% at the end of January 2025 to 6.20% at the end of
February 2025 and 7.10% at the end of June 2025 through the
divestment of a portion of the shares of the controlling
shareholder and/or related parties of PT Bank JTrust
Indonesia Tbk.
The Company, through its main Controlling Shareholder and
shareholders related to the main shareholder, will continue its
divestment efforts to increase the Company's free float.
