Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1.Pada tanggal 6 Juli 2026, THI mendapatkan Panggilan
Sidang dari Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat perihal
Panggilan Sidang Perkara PKPU dengan Nomor Perkara
204/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst tertanggal 3 Juli
2026 yang diajukan oleh Bank Mayapada selaku salah satu
kreditur THI. Perkara PKPU tersebut hingga penyampaian
keterbukaan informasi ini masih dalam proses pemeriksaan.
2.Sebelumnya Bank Mayapada telah mengajukan gugatan
permohonan pailit dengan nomor perkara 32/Pdt.Sus-
PAILIT/2026/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst namun gugatan tersebut
dicabut pada tanggal 29 Juni 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, gugatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Permohonan Pernyataan PKPU dari Bank Mayapada tidak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik meyakini THI mampu menyelesaikan seluruh kewajiban atau
utang dengan semua kreditur THI dengan baik dan konstruktif
melalui komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan seluruh pihak
terkait, termasuk kreditur dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
Selain itu, gugatan PKPU ini bertentangan dengan Surat
Edaran Mahkamah Agung (SEMA) No. 3 Tahun 2023, di mana
pengembang apartemen atau rumah susun tidak dapat
dimohonkan pailit atau Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran
Utang (PKPU).

PT Taman Harapan Indah (THI), a subsidiary of the Company,
Type of Material Information or Facts has received a petition for Suspension of Debt Payment
Obligations (PKPU) from PT Bank Mayapada Internasional
Tbk (Bank Mayapada).
Description of Material Information or 1. On 6 July 2026, THI received a court summons from the
Facts Central Jakarta District Court regarding the hearing of a
Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU), Case No.
204/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, dated 3 July 2026,
filed by Bank Mayapada as one of THI's creditors. As of the
date of this Information Disclosure, the PKPU proceedings are
still under examination by the Court.
2. Previously, Bank Mayapada had filed a bankruptcy petition
against THI under Case No. 32/Pdt.Sus-
PAILIT/2026/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. However, the petition was
withdrawn on 29 June 2026.
Impact of event, material information or As of the date of this Information Disclosure, the petition for
facts towards Issuers or Public Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) filed by
Company’s operational activities, legal, Bank Mayapada does not have any impact on the Company's
financial condition, or going concern operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or
business continuity. The Company believes that THI is capable
of settling all of its obligations or debts to all of its creditors in a
proper and constructive manner through ongoing
communication and coordination with all relevant parties,
including its creditors and other stakeholders.
Furthermore, the PKPU petition is contrary to the Supreme
Court Circular Letter (SEMA) No. 3 of 2023, which provides
that developers of apartments or condominium projects (rumah
susun) may not be subjected to bankruptcy proceedings or
Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) petitions.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
