Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Informasi dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini dibuat dalam
rangka pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan untuk
mengumumkan keterbukaan informasi atas transaksi
pembelian kembali saham yang dikeluarkan oleh emiten atau
perusahaan publik dalam kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi
secara signifikan sesuai dengan Peraturan OJK.
Sesuai Surat OJK yang telah ditetapkan pada tanggal 18
Maret 2025, Bahwa perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek
Indonesia sejak September 2024 mengalami tekanan yang
signifikan dengan indikasi penurunan Indeks Harga Saham
Gabungan (IHSG) sebesar 1.682 poin atau minus 21,28% dari
Highest to Date. Berkenaan dengan kondisi tersebut di atas,
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan kondisi lain
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 huruf g POJK Nomor
13 Tahun 2023 sebagai kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara
signifikan.
Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, maka Perseroan dengan
ini berencana untuk melakukan pembelian kembali saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or The information in this Information Disclosure is made in order
Facts to fulfill the Company's obligation to announce information
disclosure on share repurchase transactions issued by issuers
or public companies in market conditions that fluctuate
significantly in accordance with OJK Regulations.
In accordance with the OJK Letter stipulated on March 18,
2025, that stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
since September 2024 has experienced significant pressure
with an indication of a decline in the Composite Stock Price
Index (CSPI) of 1,682 points or minus 21.28% from the
Highest to Date. With regard to the above conditions, the
Financial Services Authority determines other conditions as
referred to in Article 2 letter g of POJK Number 13 of 2023 as
market conditions that fluctuate significantly.
Based on these considerations, the Company hereby plans to
repurchase shares.
