tentang Penetapan Penggunaan Izin Usaha Atas Nama PT
Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk Menjadi Izin Usaha Atas Nama
PT BANK KASIKORN INDONESIA TBK.
Sehubungan dengan keputusan tersebut, kami informasikan
bahwa terhitung efektif sejak tanggal 14 Juli 2026, nama
Perseroan sebelumnya dari PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk
berubah menjadi PT BANK KASIKORN INDONESIA TBK.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan tetap menjalankan seluruh kegiatan usaha dan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional secara normal.

Facts (RUPS) approval on May 20, 2026 (Deed No. 28) and as part
of our business development strategy, efforts to enhance
competitiveness, and the strengthening of our corporate
identity in alignment with the global vision of KASIKORNBANK
PCL as the ultimate shareholder, the Company has received a
copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the
Financial Services Authority (OJK) dated July 13, 2026, which
was received by the Company on July 14, 2026, under
Number KEP-54/D.03/2026 regarding the Determination of the
Use of Business License for PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk
to become a Business License for PT BANK KASIKORN
INDONESIA TBK.
In connection with the aforementioned decree, we hereby
inform you that, effective as of July 14, 2026, the Company's
name has officially changed from PT Bank Maspion Indonesia
Tbk to PT BANK KASIKORN INDONESIA TBK.
