Harry Budi Sidharta (anggota Direksi Perseroan) sebagai anggota Direksi PT Pertamina International Shipping (“PIS”). The appointment of Mr. Harry Budi Sidharta (member of the Board of Directors of the Company) as member of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina International Shiping (“PIS”). Uraian Informasi Description of Information Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan informasi terkait dengan Surat Pemberitahuan Pengangkatan Sdr. Harry Budi Sidharta sebagai Anggota Direksi PIS tanggal 8 Juli 2025. Sesuai ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor PER-03/MBU/03/2023 tentang Organ dan Sumber Daya Manusia BUMN yang menyatakan bahwa anggota Direksi dilarang memangku jabatan rangkap sebagai anggota Direksi pada badan usaha lain, maka masa jabatan Sdr. Harry Budi Sidharta sebagai anggota Direksi Perseroan berakhir karena tidak lagi memenuhi persyaratan sebagai anggota Direksi berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar dan peraturan perundang-undangan. The Company hereby conveys the information regarding the Notification Letter of Appointment of Mr. Harry Budi Sidharta as Member of the Board of Directors of PIS dated 8 July 2025. In accordance with the provision of Company's Article of Association and the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number PER-03/MBU/03/2023 regarding Organs and Human Resources of State-Owned Enterprise which states that member of the Board of Directors is prohibited from holding concurrent positions as member of the Board of Directors in other business entities, therefore the term of Mr. Harry Budi Sidharta as member of the Board of Directors of the Company ends because he no longer meets the reguirements as member of the Board of Directors based on Company Articles of Association and regulations. Dampak Kejadian Informasi atau Fakta Material Impact to Information and Material Fact Pengangkatan Sdr. Harry Budi Sidharta sebagai anggota Direksi PIS tidak berdampak terhadap operasi, keuangan, dan kelangsungan bisnis Perseroan. The appointment of Mr. Harry Budi Sidharta as member of the Board of Directors of PIS has no impact on the Company's operations, finances, and business continuity.
