Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Terkait Perjanjian Antar Perusahaan tanggal 3 Juli 2025,
dimana Perseroan bertindak sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman dan
MEP sebagai Peminjam dengan nilai pinjaman sebesar
USD150.000.000 (seratus lima puluh juta Dolar Amerika
Serikat) tanpa bunga yang berlaku hingga pinjaman dilunasi
secara penuh sesuai permintaan Perseroan.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
