Material / Description of Material tanggal 3 Juli 2025, dimana Perseroan bertindak
Information or Facts sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman dan MEP sebagai
Peminjam dengan nilai pinjaman sebesar
USD150.000.000 (seratus lima puluh juta Dolar
Amerika Serikat) tanpa bunga yang berlaku
hingga pinjaman dilunasi secara penuh sesuai
permintaan Perseroan.
In relation to the Intercompany Loan Agreement
dated 3 July 2025, that the Company acts as the
Lender and MEP as the Borrower in the maximum
amount of USD150,000,000 (one hundred fifty
million United States Dollar) with non-interest
bearing which is valid until the loan is fully repaid
upon demand by the Company.
