57 Years of ANTAM, a Pioneer in the Downstream of National Strategic
Minerals

Jakarta, July 7, 2025 - Established for 57 years since July 5, 1968, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM)
or ANTAM continues to strengthen its position as a pioneer in downstream strategic minerals in
Indonesia. As a member of MIND ID Mining SOE Holding, the Company has successfully created
added value through its main commodities, namely gold, nickel, and bauxite, while supporting
national economic growth.

President Director of ANTAM, Achmad Ardianto, said that the Company prioritizes two main
principles in operations, namely value creation and sustainability. ANTAM not only becomes
a mining company, but also helps build a high-value-added industrial chain that strengthens
the national economy.

“Since its establishment until now, ANTAM has been present not only as a mineral manager,
but also as part of the pulse of development. We consistently contribute through state
revenue, job opportunities, and community empowerment around the operational area,”
said Ardianto.

In response to Asta Cita's mandate, ANTAM is leading the development of an EV Battery Ecosystem,
spanning the nickel value chain from mines to battery recycling facilities. In the alumina sector,
ANTAM is completing the Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR) project in Mempawah through its
subsidiary.

Meanwhile, the strategic cooperation with PT Freeport Indonesia to supply ata minimumof 30 tons
of gold per year and the plan to build a precious metal factory in the Java Integrated Industrial and
Port Estate (JIIPE), Gresik, are concrete steps to strengthen the national downstream precious metals
industry.

“Through the downstream of gold, nickel, and bauxite, ANTAM has become a catalyst in
strengthening the national industrial structure and creating sustainable added value. These
strategic projects also affirm Indonesia's position in the global supply chain,” Ardianto
continued.

Strong Operational and Financial Performance

Over the past five years, ANTAM has recorded significant growth. Nickel ore production has more
than doubled from 4.76 million wet metric tons (wmt) in 2020 to 9.94 million wmt in 2024. The
positive performance was also reflected in the surge in gold sales which rose sharply from 22.10tons
in 2020 to 43.78 tons in 2024. This achievement strengthens ANTAM's position as a trusted precious
metal producer in the domestic market.

From a fiscal perspective, ANTAM's contribution to the country through the payment of taxes,
royalties, and Non-tax State Revenue has also increased significantly. From Rp758.81 billion in 2020,
