Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum, dengan ini
kami sampaikan Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana
Hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi dan Obligasi
Subordinasi Berkelanjutan V Bank Panin Tahap I Tahun
2026.

Dana hasil Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi
Berkelanjutan V Bank Panin Tahap | sebesar
Rp 500.000.000.000,- dan Obligasi  Subordinasi
Berkelanjutan V Bank Panin Tahap I Tahun 2026
sebesar Rp 50.000.000.000,- setelah dikurangi biaya
penawaran terkait, belum digunakan seluruhnya sesuai
dengan rencana penggunaan dana dalam prospektus
karena berdekatan dengan periode pelaporan.

Sisa dana hasil penawaran umum Obligasi dan Obligasi
Subordinasi Berkelanjutan yang hingga akhir periode
laporan belum digunakan seluruhnya sesuai rencana
penggunaan dana, akan kami laporkan pada saat dana
tersebut seluruhnya telah direalisasikan.

In compliance with Financial Services Authority (OJK)
Regulation No. 40 Year 2025 dated December 22,
2025 concerning the Use of Proceeds from Public
Offerings, we hereby submit the Report on Realization
of the Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering of
Continuous Bonds and Subordinated Bonds V Bank
Panin Phase I Year 2026.

The proceeds from the Public Offering of Continuous
Bonds V Bank Panin Phase I Year 2026 amounting to
Rp 500,000,000,000,- and Subordinated Bonds V
Bank Panin Phase I Year 2026 amounting to Rp
50,000,000,000,- after deducted by related offering
costs, have not been fully utilized in accordance with
the planned use in the prospectus due to the proximity
of the proceeds receipt to the reporting period.

We will report on any remaining Proceeds from the
Public Offering of Continuous Bonds and Subordinated
Bonds that have not yet been fully utilized in
accordance with the planned use of Proceeds by the
end of period once those Proceeds have been fully
realized.
