Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Meninggalnya Bapak Rachmat Gobel selaku Komisaris
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Independen Perseroan sekaligus Ketua Komite Nominasi dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Remunerasi tidak memberikan dampak material terhadap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan,
Perusahaan Publik maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Kegiatan
operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
Perseroan akan segera melakukan proses pengisian jabatan
tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.
