Tanggapan:
Perseroan tidak mengetahui informasi/fakta/

kejadian penting lain yang — telah
mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta
kelangsungan hidup Perseroan, yang belum
diungkapkan kepada publik.

Namun demikian, pada saat ini terdapat 3
peristiwa yang mungkin berpotensi dalam
mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan, yaitu
sebagai berikut:

1. Sehubungan dengan penerapan Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 30 tahun
2024 tentang Konglomerasi Keuangan
dan Perusahaan Induk Keuangan (“PIKK"),
Perseroan yang saat ini adalah Entitas
Utama dalam Konglomerasi Keuangan
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
(KK SMBC”) tengah — mengajukan
permohonan sebagai PIKK dalam KK
SMBC.

Jika disetujui oleh OJK sebagai PIKK, maka

li) Perseroan akan memiliki otoritas
utama dalam perumusan dan
pengawasan strategi bisnis dalam KK
SMBC, selain itu

(ii) Perseroan dapat menerapkan risiko
dan kepatuhan terintegrasi yang
lebih terstruktur, sehingga efisiensi

dapat tercapai.

(iii) Perseroan juga dapat mengelola
alokasi modal dan likuiditas secara
strategis di antara entitas dalam KK
SMBC

The Company is not aware of other important

However, currenily there are 3 events that
may potentially affect the price of the
Company's securities, namely:

1. In connection with the implementation of
Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 30 of 2024 concerning Financial
Conglomerates and Financial Holding
Companies ("PIKK"), the Company, which
is currently the Main Entity in the
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
Financial Conglomerate ("KK SMBC", is
submitting an application as a PIKK in KK
SMBC.

If agreed by OJK as a PIKK,

(H) the Company will have the main
authority in — formulating — and
supervising business strategies in KK
SMBG, in addition

li) the Company can implement more
structured — integrated risk — and
compliance, so that the efficiency of
risk management in the group can be
achieved.

(ii) The Company can also manage
capital and  liguidity  allocation
strategically among entities in KK
SMBC

(iv) The Company has the convenience of
developing integrated technology and
information systems

2. Sehubungan dengan Penawaran Umum
Obligasi yang berkelanjutan, Perseroan
memiliki rencana untuk menerbitkan
Obligasi V tahap III dalam waktu dekat,
detil mengenai rencana aksi Korporasi ini
akan disampaikan kepada publik sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam
peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

3. Merujuk pada Keterbukaan Informasi
tanggal 10 Juni 2025, PT Bank BTPN
Syariah Tbk selaku anak Perusahaan
Perseroan tengah melakukan Pembelian
Kembali Saham dalam kondisi pasar yang
berfluktuasi secara signifikan, dengan aksi
Korporasi ini diharapkan dapat
mendukung Upaya regulator dalam
menjaga kestabilan pasar modal di Tengah
kondisi perdagangan saham dengan
volitalitas tinggi dan meningkatkan
kepercayaan investor.

Bahwa, Perseroan belum mengetahui
informasi atau fakta material mana yang
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal, kegiatan di atas
merupakan asumsi yang paling relevan.
Apabila di kemudian hari terdapat informasi
dimaksud dan yang terkait dengan aksi
korporasi Perseroan, maka Perseroan akan

memperhatikan ketentuan mengenai
keterbukaan informasi yang berlaku,

Offering of Bonds, the Company has plans
to issue Bonds V phase III in the near

stipulated in the applicable laws and
regulations.

3. Referring to the Disclosure of Information
dated June 10, 2025, PT Bank BTPN
Syariah Tbk as @ subsidiary of the
Company is currently conducting a Share
Buyback in @ significantly fluctuating
market condition, with this Corporate
action it is expected to support the
regulator's efforts in maintaining the
stability of the capital market in the midst
of stock trading conditions with high
volatility and increase investor confidence.

That, the Company does not yet know which
material information or facts affect the value
of the company's securities or investor
investment decisions, the above activities are
the most relevant assumptions. If in the future
there is information in guestion and related to
the Company's corporate action, the Company
will pay attention to the provisions regarding
the applicable information disclosure,

Apabila karena satu dan lain hal, Perseroan
memutuskan untuk melakukan suatu aksi
korporasi dalam waktu dekat, maka Perseroan
akan melakukan dan menyampaikan
keterbukaan informasi sesuai ketentuan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

6. Rencana pengendali dan/atau pemegang
saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon
kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pengendali dan/atau
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Tanggapan:

Pada saat ini, pengendali dan/atau pemegang
saham utama tidak mempunyai rencana untuk
melakukan aksi korporasi apa pun yang dapat
mempengaruhi saham Perseroan.

If for one reason or another, the Company
decides to carry out a corporate action in the
near future, the Company will carry out and
submit information disclosure in accordance
with applicable laws and regulations.
