Uraian Informasi atau fakta material Description — of the — material information or fact Sebagai pemenuhan terhadap Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 33/ POJK.04/ 2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, melalui surat ini kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 1 Juli 2025 Perseroan telah menerima informasi perihal pengunduran diri dari: 1. Bapak Yingbin Ian He, dari posisinya sebagai Direktur Perseroan, dan 2. Bapak Jinping Ma, dari posisinya sebagai Komisaris Perseroan. Sebagai proses lebih lanjut atas pengunduran diri tersebut, kami akan melaksanakan proses sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan. In compliance with Rule of OJK (Financial Services Authority) No. 33/POJK.04/2014 on Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby advise that on 1 July 2025, the Company has received information regarding resignation of: 1. Bapak Yingbin lan He, as Director of the Company. 2. Bapak Jinping Ma, as Commissioner of the Company.
