We hereby inform you of the following:



A. That on Thursday, June 26, 2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT PERMA
PLASINDO Tbk., domiciled in North Jakarta (the “Company”), was held;

B. That a Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT PERMA PLASINDO
Tbk., dated June 26, 2025, Number 31, has been drawn up by me as the Notary;

C. That the meeting was attended/represented by independent shareholders and proxies
representing 14,712,500 shares with valid voting rights, or 9.7513% of the total 150,877,811
independent shares with valid voting rights.

D. That the meeting could not be continued due to the quorum of attendance required under Article
23 paragraph 9 letter a of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 44 letter a of the
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Planning and
Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies not being met.



This Certificate is hereby issued prior to the issuance of a copy of the aforementioned deed, which
will be sent to the Company as soon as it has been finalized.
