                                              The Signing of the Amendment to the Facility Agreement
 Type of Material Information or Facts        between Protelindo, Iforte, STP, BIT, IFEN, and IBST with PT
                                              Bank Mizuho Indonesia
 Description of Material Information or       On July 10, 2026, the Bank, as the lender, and the Company,
 Facts                                        Iforte, BIT, IFEN, Protelindo, and IBST, as the borrowers
                                              (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Borrowers), entered
                                              into an Amendment Agreement to the Amendment and
                                              Restatement of Revolving Loan Facility Agreement No.
                                              1259/ARA/MZH/1222 dated December 9, 2022, with a
                                              maximum facility amount of Rp1,500,000,000,000 (one trillion
                                              five hundred billion Rupiah) (the Facility Agreement or the
                                              Transaction), in connection with the extension of the credit
                                              facility term.

                                              The following are the key terms and conditions under the
                                              Transaction:
                                              (a)        The Bank and The Borrowers has agreed to extend
                                              the facility term until July 11, 2027;
                                              (b)        Protelindo provides a corporate guarantee for the
                                              performance of all obligations under the Facility Agreement.

                                              1.       The execution of the Transaction is an affiliated
                                              transaction as referred to Clause 6 section (1) letter (d) of
                                              POJK 42 i.e., a loan received directly from banks.

                                              2.        The above Transaction does not constitute a Conflict
                                              of Interest Transaction as referred to under POJK 42 and does
                                              not constitute a Material Transaction as referred to under OJK
                                              Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material
                                              Transactions and Changes in Business Activities.
