Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketentuan Pasal 4 ayat (1) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 9/POJK.04/2018
yang berlaku efektif tanggal 27 Juli 2018 tentang Pengambilalihan Perusahaan Terbuka (“POJK No. 92018”), maka
bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa kami telah melakukan pengumuman negosiasi sehubungan dengan rencana
pengambilalihan PT Master Print Tbk di surat kabar Investor Daily pada hari Selasa tanggal 24 Juni 2025, sebagaimana
terlampir. /
In accordance with the implementation of Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No,
9/POJK.04/2018 which became effective on 27 July 2018 concerning the Acguisition of Public Companies ("POJK No.
09/2018”), we hereby submit that we have published a negotiation announcemant in connection with the proposed acguisition
of PT Master Print Tbk in the newspaper Investor Daily on Tuesday, 24 June 2025, as attached,
Untuk selanjutnya, kami akan memberikan update informasi perkembangan negosiasi, dengan senantiasa memperhatikan
dan memenuhi ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku termasuk POJK No. 9/2018. /
