Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Batam, 20 Juni 2025 - Dari tanah subur Bakau Serip di ujung
timur Pulau Batam, tumbuh harapan baru. Tak sekadar pohon
buah yang ditanam, tetapi benih kolaborasi antara industri dan
masyarakat untuk masa depan yang lebih hijau, berdaya, dan
mandiri menciptakan harmonisasi dalam satu ekosistem
bersama.
PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK), anak usaha dari PT
Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) yang merupakan bagian dari Subholding
Upstream Pertamina Hulu Energi, telah ini meresmikan
Kampung Buah Nongsa dan Kelompok Pelestarian
Lingkungan Hidup dan Budaya Indonesia (KPLHBI) di
kawasan Bakau Serip, Kelurahan Sambau, Kecamatan
Nongsa, Kota Batam.
Inisiatif ini menjadi bagian dari komitmen EFK dalam
mendukung budaya AKHLAK One Pertamina melalui program
budaya One Kolab - BERSAMA untuk Indonesia (Berbagi
Sebar Manfaat untuk Indonesia), dengan fokus pada
pemberdayaan masyarakat, pelestarian lingkungan, dan
penciptaan ekonomi sirkular yang berkelanjutan.
Direktur EFK, Ari Wijaya, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan
bahwa kolaborasi ini merupakan wujud sinergi antara
perusahaan dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan ekosistem
lokal yang produktif dan berdaya saing.
"Program Kampung Buah Nongsa adalah titik awal perjalanan
kami bersama warga Bakau Serip. Ini bukan hanya tentang
menanam pohon buah, tapi juga membentuk kelompok usaha
muda yang akan kami bina dan dampingi menjadi UMKM
tangguh mulai dari produksi, keuangan, hingga pemasaran
olahan keripik buah," ujar Ari Wijaya.
Melalui program ini, EFK menanam pohon buah produktif yang
tak hanya berdampak pada penguatan ekonomi masyarakat,
tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi pada upaya dekarbonisasi
dan peningkatan tutupan hijau di wilayah pesisir Batam.
Sementara itu, Direktur Utama Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria
Atmadja yang turut hadir, menegaskan bahwa Elnusa Group
senantiasa hadir untuk mendorong kemandirian masyarakat
melalui inovasi dan semangat kolaborasi lintas pihak.
"Dalam setiap perancangan program, kami secara proaktif
mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip Environmental, Social, and
Governance (ESG) ke dalam strategi inti bisnis perusahaan.
Pendekatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat posisi keberlanjutan
korporasi, tetapi juga memastikan bahwa setiap inisiatif
membawa dampak nyata dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat."
jelas Bachtiar.
"Harapan kami, semoga inisiatif ini menjadi inspirasi dan titik
awal dari tumbuhnya usaha-usaha lokal yang tangguh. Kami
percaya bahwa keberhasilan yang inklusif hanya dapat dicapai
melalui kolaborasi, pemberdayaan, dan penyebaran nilai-nilai
keberlanjutan yang menjangkau lebih luas, menciptakan efek
domino positif di berbagai lapisan untuk bersinergi,
memperkuat kolaborasi, dan bergerak bersama menuju masa
depan yang lebih baik bagi bumi, bangsa, dan generasi
mendatang," tutupnya.
Program ini juga selaras dengan Asta Cita Pemerintah dan

komitmen Elnusa Group terhadap prinsip Environmental Social
and Governance (ESG) dan Sustanaible Development Goals
(SDGs) poin 8 yakni Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan
Ekonomi yang Inklusif, poin 13 tentang Penanganan
Perubahan Iklim dan juga poin 15 yaitu Pelestarian Ekosistem
Daratan yang Berkelanjutan.
Selain peresmian secara simbolis, acara ini juga diisi dengan
penyerahan piagam peresmian dari EFK kepada Lurah
Sambau, serta penyerahan bibit pohon buah kepada Ketua
RW 10 Sambau sebagai perwakilan masyarakat.
Turut hadir dalam acara ini Komisaris Utama Elnusa, Eko
Ariantoro, Direktur Operasi Elnusa, Endro Hartanto, tokoh adat
Melayu Kecamatan Nongsa, serta tokoh masyarakat dan
pemuda setempat yang tergabung dalam KPLHBI.
Dengan semangat kolaboratif dan keberlanjutan, EFK
berharap program ini menjadi contoh nyata bahwa dunia
industri dan masyarakat dapat saling berdampingan dalam
menjaga lingkungan sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan
ekonomi berbasis lokal.

Description of Material Information or Batam, 20 June 2025 - From the fertile land of Bakau Serip at
Facts the eastern tip of Batam Island, a new hope blossoms. It is not
merely about planting fruit trees, but sowing the seeds of
collaboration between industry and the community toward a
greener, more empowered, and self-sustained future-creating
harmony within a shared ecosystem.
PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK), a subsidiary of PT
Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), which is part of Pertamina Hulu Energi's
Subholding Upstream, officially inaugurated the Kampung
Buah Nongsa and the Kelompok Pelestarian Lingkungan
Hidup dan Budaya Indonesia (KPLHBI - Environmental and
Cultural Conservation Group of Indonesia) in the Bakau Serip
area, Sambau Urban Village, Nongsa Subdistrict, Batam City.
This initiative forms part of EFK's commitment to support the
AKHLAK culture under One Pertamina through the cultural
program "One Kolab - BERSAMA untuk Indonesia"
(Collaborative Action for Indonesia), which emphasizes
community empowerment, environmental conservation, and
the development of a sustainable circular economy.
In his opening remarks, EFK President Director Ari Wijaya
stated that this collaboration is a reflection of the synergy
between the company and the community to create a
productive and competitive local ecosystem.
"Kampung Buah Nongsa marks the beginning of our journey
with the residents of Bakau Serip. It is not only about planting
fruit trees, but also about forming a youth-based business
group that we will mentor into a resilient MSME-covering
aspects from production and finance to marketing of
processed fruit chips," said Ari Wijaya.
Through this program, EFK is planting productive fruit trees
that not only strengthen local economic resilience but also
contribute to decarbonization efforts and the enhancement of
green cover along Batam's coastal areas.
Meanwhile, President Director of Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria
Atmadja, who was also present at the event, reaffirmed that
Elnusa Group remains committed to promoting community
self-reliance through innovation and multi-stakeholder
collaboration.
"In every program design, we proactively integrate the
principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
into our core business strategies. This approach not only
reinforces the company's sustainability position but also
ensures that each initiative brings tangible and lasting impact
to the communities we serve," Bachtiar explained.
"Our hope is that this initiative will serve as an inspiration and
a catalyst for the emergence of strong local enterprises. We
believe that inclusive success can only be achieved through
collaboration, empowerment, and the widespread
dissemination of sustainability values-creating a positive
domino effect across all levels of society to move together
toward a better future for the planet, the nation, and future
generations," he concluded.
This program also aligns with the Indonesian Government's
Asta Cita vision and Elnusa Group's commitment to ESG and

the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal
8 (Decent Work and Inclusive Economic Growth), Goal 13
(Climate Action), and Goal 15 (Life on Land).
In addition to the symbolic inauguration, the event featured the
handover of a plaque from EFK to the Head of Sambau Urban
Village, and the distribution of fruit tree seedlings to the Chief
of RW 10 Sambau as a representative of the local community.
The event was also attended by Elnusa President
Commissioner Eko Ariantoro, Elnusa Director of Operations
Endro Hartanto, local traditional leaders from Nongsa
Subdistrict, and members of the community and youth involved
in KPLHBI.
With a spirit of collaboration and sustainability, EFK hopes that
this program will become a real example of how the industrial
sector and local communities can coexist in preserving the
environment while simultaneously strengthening locally driven
economic resilience.
