(“EBA”) yang bergerak di bidang aktivitas
perusahaan holding dan berkedudukan di Jakarta
Selatan. Akta Pendirian telah disahkan oleh
Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia berdasarkan
surat keputusan No. AHU-
0049293.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2025 tanggal 18 Juni
2025 serta didaftarkan pada Daftar Perseroan No.
AHU-0135044.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2025 tanggal
18 Juni 2025.
Perseroan merupakan pemegang 49.999 saham
yang mewakili 99,998% (sembilan puluh sembilan
koma sembilan sembilan delapan persen) dari
modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam EBA.
EBA akan bergerak sebagai perusahaan holding
dan akan berfokus pada pengelolaan dan
pengembangan investasi di sektor energi
terbarukan. /
On June 16, 2025, the Company entered into Deed
of Establishment No. 14 dated 16 June 2025, drawn
up before Edward Suharjo Wiryomartani, S.H.,
M.Kn., a Notary in the Administrative City of
Jakarta Barat, to establish a subsidiary named
PT Energi Baik Alami (“EBA”), which engages in
holding company activities and is domiciled in
Jakarta Selatan. The Deed of Establishment was
approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia pursuant to Decree No. AHU-
0049293.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2025 dated 18 June
2025, and was registered in the Company Register
No. AHU-0135044.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2025 dated
18 June 2025.
The Company holds 49,999 shares, representing
99.998% (ninety-nine point nine nine eight
percent) of the issued and paid-up capital in EBA.

focus on the management and development of
investments in the renewable energy sector.
