Bahwa pada tanggal 9 Juli 2026, Menteri Hukum
Republik Indonesia telah menerbitkan Keputusan
Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-
0049144.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 tentang Persetujuan
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas, PT
Atlas Nexus Group Tbk, yang dengan keputusan
tersebut memberikan persetujuan atas perubahan
Direksi dan Komisaris, sebagaimana diputuskan dan
disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan (RUPST) Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2025
yang telah diselenggarakan pada tanggal 11 Juni 2026.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, susunan Direksi dan
Dewan Komisaris Perseroan menjadi sebagai berikut:
