Perseroan yang telah diselenggarakan pada tanggal 11
Juni 2026 yang tertuang dalam Akta Berita Acara Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan PT Oscar Mitra
Sukses Sejahtera Tbk nomor 39 yang dibuat di hadapan
Notaris Elizabeth Karina Leonita, S.H., M.Kn., di Kota
Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.

On 9 July 2026, the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia issued the Decree of the Minister of Law of
the Republic of Indonesia — No. — AHU-
0049144.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 concerning the
Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of a Limited Liability Company, pursuant to
which approval was granted for the change of the
Company's name from PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera
Tbk to PT Atlas Nexus Group Tbk, as resolved and
approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders ("AGMS") held on 11 June 2026, as set
forth in Deed of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera
Tbk No. 39, drawn up before Elizabeth Karina Leonita,
S.H., M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta Administrative
City.

Sehubungan dengan perubahan nama tersebut,
Perseroan memperkenalkan dan menggunakan logo
baru sebagai identitas korporasi Perseroan sebagai
berikut, yang berlaku sejak tanggal 10 Juli 2026:

Selanjutnya secara bertahap, logo Perseroan yang baru
akan digunakan di setiap dan seluruh dokumen, surat
menyurat dan media komunikasi Perseroan, yang
mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada kop surat, amplop,
stempel, e-mail, website, kartu nama, pengumuman dan
laporan, sesuai dengan hukum dan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Thereafter, the Company's new logo will be
implemented progressively across all of the Company's
documents, correspondence, and communication
media, including but not limited to letterheads,
envelopes, company seals, email communications, the
Company's website, business cards, announcements,
and reports, in accordance with the applicable laws and
