Referring to OJK Regulation Number: 55/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Establishment and
Guidelines for the Implementation of the Audit Committee, we hereby convey that based on
the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk Number: SK-005/DK-
SB/VI/2025 effective as of June 12, 2025, there are changes to the composition of the Audit
