(POJK 29/2023) dengan memperhatikan ketentuan Pasal 25
POJK 29/2023, dimana Perseroan wajib untuk mengumumkan
kepada pemegang saham dan menyampaikan kepada OJK
perubahan dan/atau tambahan Keterbukaan Informasi atas
Rencana Pengalihan Saham Hasil Pembelian Kembali paling
lambat 2 (dua) hari kerja sebelum pelaksanaan RUPS, dengan
ini Perseroan menyampaikan tambahan Keterbukaan
Informasi atas Rencana Pengalihan Saham Hasil Pembelian
Kembali, dimana Perseroan telah mencantumkan jumlah akhir
saham yang telah dibeli kembali berdasarkan Pembelian
Kembali Saham untuk periode 12 Juni 2024 sampai dengan
11 Juni 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Revised Disclosure Information on the Proposed Transfer of

Description of Material Information or In compliance with the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas
Facts Jasa Keuangan / OJK) Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2023
(POJK 29 2023) concerning Share Buyback by Public
Companies, taking into account Article 25 POJK 29 2023, in
which the Company is required to announce to the
shareholders and submit to OJK any amendment and/or
additional Disclosure of Information on the Proposed Transfer
of Shares Resulting from the Buyback no later than 2 (two)
business days prior to GMS, the Company hereby submit
the additional Disclosure of Information on the Proposed
Transfer of Shares Resulting from the Buyback in which the
Company has included the final amount of shares that was
bought back in accordance with the Share Buyback for a
period of June 12, 2024 until June 11, 2025.
