Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Setelah penyelesaian pengambilalihan, Perseroan secara
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan langsung memiliki 99,99% saham CDM dan oleh karenanya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, CDM menjadi perusahaan terkendali Perseroan. Dimulai dari
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau penyelesaian Transaksi, CDM akan digabungkan dan
Perusahaan Publik dikonsolidasikan ke dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan
