tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT UNVRDRCN5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (“UNVR”) dated 4th May 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of UNVR dated 3rd May 2025, has resolved, UNVR had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
