Tata Cara Pembagian Dividen 1. Pemegang saham yang berhak menerima dividen tunai adalah yang tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal 20 Juni 2025 dan/atau pemegang saham Perseroan pada sub-rekening efek di PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) pada penutupan perdagangan saham pada tanggal tersebut. 2. Bagi pemegang saham yang sahamnya berada dalam Penitipan Kolektif di KSEI, pembayaran dividen tunai akan dilakukan melalui KSEI dan didistribusikan ke dalam Rekening Dana Nasabah (“RDN”) pada C. Shareholders entitled to receive cash dividends are those whose names are recorded in the Company's Shareholders Register on 20 June 2025 and/or shareholders whose shares are registered in the sub- securities account at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) at the closing of trading on the said date. 2. For shareholders whose shares are held in collective custody at KSEI, the cash dividend payment will be made through KSEI and distributed into the Customer Fund Account (RDN) at the Securities Company and/or

Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian tempat pemegang saham membuka rekening efek. 3. Bagi pemegang saham yang sahamnya tidak berada dalam Penitipan Kolektif di KSEI, pengambilan dividen tunai dapat dilakukan di Biro Administrasi Efek (“BAE”) Perseroan, yaitu PT Sinartama Gunita, yang beralamat di Gedung Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Menara Tekno Lantai 7, Jl. Fachrudin No. 19, RT O1/RW 07, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat 10250, dengan menunjukkan salinan surat kolektif saham dan salinan KTP/identitas diri sesuai dengan Daftar Pemegang Saham. Apabila pemegang saham tersebut menghendaki pembayaran dividen tunai melalui transfer ke rekening bank, maka wajib memberitahukan secara tertulis nama bank dan nomor rekeningnya kepada BAE selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 20 Juni 2025 pukul 15.00 WIB, dengan melampirkan dokumen-dokumen yang sama. 4. Pemegang saham Perseroan dapat memperoleh konfirmasi pembayaran dividen melalui Perusahaan Efek dan/atau Bank Kustodian tempat pemegang saham membuka rekening efek. Selanjutnya, pemegang saham wajib bertanggung jawab untuk melaporkan penerimaan dividen tersebut dalam laporan pajak tahun berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan yang berlaku. 5. Dividen tunai yang dibayarkan akan dikenakan pajak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan di bidang perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia. 6. Pembayaran dividen tunai tunduk pada ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Negara Republik Indonesia, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada ketentuan di bidang perpajakan dan pasar modal. For shareholders whose shares are not held in collective custody at KSEI, cash dividend collection may be made at the Company's Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), PT Sinartama Gunita, located at Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Menara Tekno 7th Floor, Jl. Fachrudin No. 19, RT 01/RW 07, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta 10250, by presenting a copy of the collective share certificate and a copy of ID card/identification in accordance with the Shareholders Register. Should such shareholders wish to receive the dividend via bank transfer, a written notification stating the name of the bank and account number must be submitted to the BAE no later than 20 June 2025 at 15.00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB), accompanied by the same supporting documents. 4. Shareholders may obtain payment confirmation of the cash dividend through the Securities Company and/or Custodian Bank where the shareholders opened their securities account. Thereafter, shareholders are responsible for reporting the received dividend in their annual tax return in accordance with the prevailing tax regulations. 5. Cash dividends paid will be subject to tax in accordance with the prevailing Indonesian tax laws and regulations. 6. The cash dividend distribution is subject to prevailing laws and regulations, including but not limited to those in the field of taxation and capital markets.
