Saham (Pembelian Kembali Saham) dan Keputusan Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa tanggal 11 Juni 2024
(RUPSLB 11 Juni 2024), dengan ini kami melaporkan bahwa
Perseroan telah menyelesaikan periode Pembelian Kembali
Saham yang dimulai sejak tanggal 12 Juni 2024 dan berakhir
pada 11 Juni 2025. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan Pembelian
Kembali Saham sebagaimana telah disetujui dalam RUPSLB
11 Juni 2024 telah berakhir, dengan total saham yang dibeli
kembali sebanyak 32.186.417.803 lembar saham Seri A
(Saham Treasuri).
Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, jumlah Saham Treasuri
adalah sebanyak 32.186.417.803 saham Seri A sehingga
jumlah saham Perseroan yang beredar tanpa menghitung
Saham Treasuri adalah sebanyak 1.158.958.579.417 saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi tersebut tidak berdampak merugikan terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Report on Information or Material Fact regarding End Period of
Type of Material Information or Facts Share Buyback
Description of Material Information or Based on POJK 29/2023 and referring to the Information
Facts Disclosure of the Company dated May 3, 2024 and June 7,
2024 regarding the Share Buyback Plan (Share Buyback) and
the Decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders dated June 11, 2024 (EGMS June 11, 2024), we
hereby report that the Company has completed the Share
Buyback period which commenced on June 12, 2024 and
ended on June 11, 2025. Hence, the implementation of the
Share Buyback as approved in the EGMS June 11, 2024 has
been completed, with a total of 32,186,417,803 Series A
shares repurchased (Treasury Shares).
As of the date of this letter, the number of Treasury Shares is
32,186,417,803 Series A shares, so that the total number of
floating Company shares excluding the Treasury Shares is
1,158,958,579,417 shares.
