Perseroan akan menetapkan lebih lanjut pengaturannya pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan ANTAM Tahun Buku 2024 yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2025, dengan memperhatikan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku. / Pursuant to Article 14 paragraph 14 of the Company Articles of Association, The Company hereby conveys the disclosure of information that as of June 11, 2025, the first term of Office of Mr. Bambang Sunarwibowo whowas appointed pursuant to the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Financial Year 2019 dated June 11, 2020, has expired by law. Subseguently, the Company will take a resolution on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Financial Year 2024, which will be convey on June 12, 2025, with due observance to the applicable laws and regulations. 4. | Dampak Kejadian Informasi atau Fakta Material/Impact to Information and Material Fact Tidak berdampak terhadap operasi, keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. / It does not have any impact on the Company's operations, financial condition and/or business continuity. 5. | Keterangan Lain- Lain/Other Information Perseroan akan menyampaikan apabila terdapat informasi lebih lanjut, dengan memperhatikan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku. / The Company will inform any further PT ANTAM Tbk Gedung ANTAM Tower A JI.
