Status Perkara:
Pihak Galeri Multi Payment mengajukan pencabutan Gugatan
Banding atas Putusan Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat, dengan Nomor 562/Pdt.G/2024/PN Jkt.Pst,
yang di terbitkan pada Kamis, 24 April 2025 secara elektronik,
yang memutuskan :
A. Dalam Eksepsi :
- Menyatakan Eksepsi Tergugat dikabulkan
B. Dalam Pokok Perkara :
- Menyatakan Gugatan Penggugat tidak dapat di terima (Niet
Ontvankelijke Verklaard).
- Menghukum Penggugat untuk membayar biaya Perkara
sebesar Rp.466.000
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pencabutan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan gugatan banding atas perkara tersebut, memberikan dampak

- Declaring that the Defendant's Exception is granted

- Declaring that the Plaintiff's Lawsuit cannot be accepted (Niet
