Professional History
Tommy possesses more than 21 (twenty-one) years of experience, which
includes 15 (fifteen) years in corporate finance, restructuring, and
turnarounds with international advisory firms, complemented by 6 (six)
years in finance, accounting, taxation and audit.
Tommy has assisted corporations, banks, and private equity funds in
areas such as restructuring, corporate recovery and turnaround, serving
as a monitoring accountant, and conducting due diligence, accounting,
tax, and auditing services. He has served in diverse capacities as
independent auditor and independent financial advisor including
representing debtors, creditors, or as a court-appointed independent
