Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami memberitahukan bahwa berdasarkan
putusan pengadilan niaga Nomor 100/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst yang dibacakan Majelis hakim
Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan negeri Jakarta pusat pada
hari Selasa 3 Juni 2025 didalam persidangan yang terbuka
untuk umum PT. Dos Ni Roha (anak usaha PT. Dos Ni Roha
Indonesia Tbk) telah dinyatakan berada dalam masa
penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang Sementara (PKPUS)
selama 45 (empat puluh lima) hari terhitung sejak tanggal
putusan perkara.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang ini berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan langsung pada kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, hukum maupun kelangsungan usaha PT. Dos Ni Roha (anak

Description of Material Information or We hereby inform that, pursuant to the decision of the
Facts Commercial Court No. 100/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, as read by the Panel of Judges
of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court in
an open court session on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, PT Dos Ni
Roha (a subsidiary of PT Dos Ni Roha Indonesia Tbk) has
been placed under a Temporary Suspension of Debt Payment
Obligations (PKPUS) for a period of 45 (forty-five) calendar
days, effective from the date of the court ruling.
