»Kb KB Bank SURAT PERNYATAAN Yang bertandatangan dibawah ini, kami atas nama Dewan Komisaris dari : Nama Perusahaan/ Company Name Alamat/ Address Sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk menyampaikan laporan atas Transaksi Afiliasi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No.42/POJK.04/2020 tanggal 2 Juli 2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan, khususnya BAB II Transaksi Afiliasi, Bagian Ketiga-Keterbukaan Informasi (Pasal 10 huruf i), maka dengan ini kami bertindak selaku dan atas nama Dewan Komisaris Perseroan, Menyatakan dengan sesungguhnya bahwa terdapat Transaksi Afiliasi terkait Penunjukan PT. KB Data Systems Indonesia dalam pengadaan Privileged Access Management (PAM) Periode 2026 PT Bank KB Indonesia, Tbk dengan nilai Rp.2.611.096.096 (Dua miliar enam ratus sebelas juta sembilan puluh enam ribu sembilan puluh enam rupiah) sudah termasuk PPN. Adapun transaksi tersebut : 1. Tidak mengandung Benturan Kepentingan dan 2. Semua informasi material telah diungkapkan dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan. M.T Haryono Kav, 50-51 Jakarta, 12770 Regarding the Company's plan to submit a report on Affiliated Transactions as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No.42/POJK.04/2020 dated July 2, 2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest — Transactions, Specifically Chapter IL Affiliated Transactions, Third Section-Disclosure of Information (Article 10 letter i), we hereby act as and on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, Hereby truthfully declares that there is an Affiliated Transaction in relation to the appointment of PT KB Data Systems Indonesia for the procurement of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Project forthe 2026 Period of PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk, with a transaction value of IDR 2,611,096,096 (two billion six hundred eleven million — ninety-six thousand ninety-six Indonesian Rupiah), inclusive of VAT. The details of the transaction are as follows: 1. No Confiict of Interest and 2. All material information has been disclosed and the information is not misleading.
