3. Uraian Memperhatikan ketentuan Pasal 14 ayat 14 huruf a Anggaran

Independen) yang kesemuanya diangkat berdasarkan
keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan
Tahun Buku 2019 di tanggal 10 Juni 2020 tersebut, berakhir
karena hukum. Perseroan akan menetapkan lebih lanjut
pengaturannya pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku 2024 yang rencananya akan
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2025, dengan
memperhatikan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku/Pursuant to Article 14 paragraph 14 a the
Company’s Articles of Association, The Company hereby
conveys the disclosure of information that as of 10 June 2025,
the term of office of Mr. Irwandy Arif (President Commissioner),
Mr. Carlo B. Tewu (Commissioner), Mr. E. Piterdono HZ

(Commissioner), and Mr. Andi Pahril Pawi (Independent
Commissioner) who they were appointed pursuant to the
resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2019
Financial Year dated 10 June 2020, have expired by law.
Subsequently, the Company will take a resolution on the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders for Financial Year 2024, which
will be conveyed on 12 June 2025, with due observance to the
applicable laws and regulations.
