Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik? Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investor investment decisions as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 Concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies? Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation: Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, kecuali informasi atau fakta material yang telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan sebelumnya dalam situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web Perseroan. As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of its securities or the investment decisions of investors, as govern by the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, except any information or material fact which had been previously disclosed by the Company in the Indonesian Stock Exchange's website and the Company's website. www.tbsenergi.com 4

Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or the investor's investment decision as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information provisions of point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021. Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation: Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021, sebagaimana yang diubah dengan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022, kecuali informasi atau fakta material yang telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan sebelumnya dalam situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web Perseroan. As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investment decisions of investors as stipulated in the Rule Number I-E: Information Disclosure Obligation Number III.2.1 and IV.2.1 Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of Indonesia Stock Exchange Kep- 00015/BE//01-2021, as amended by the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022, except the information or material fact which had been previously disclosed by the Company in the website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Company's website. 3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the Company's securities and the Company's survival that have not been disclosed to the public. Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation: Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. As of the date of this letter, there are no other material informationffacts/events that may affect to the price of the Company's securities and the viability of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public. 4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Is the Company aware of any activities from certain shareholders as stipulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 Concerning Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies. Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation: Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Dalam hal ini, Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. The majority shareholder's intention regarding their share ownership in the Company. In this regard, the Corporate Secretary is reguired to inguiry with the majority shareholders prior to responding such confirmation. Penjelasan Perseroan / Company's Explanation: Bahwa sesuai konfirmasi Corporate Secretary kepada pemegang saham utama, pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Pursuant to the confirmation provided by the majority shareholder to the Corporate Secretary, the majority shareholder has no plans in relation to their ownership in the Company.
