surat permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak
Yusuke Niwa sebagai Komisaris Perseroan.
Perseroan akan mengajukan permohonan atas
persetujuan pengunduran diri tersebut dalam
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan
terdekat.
Referring to Article 9 letter a of POJK 33/2014,
we hereby inform that on 9 June 2025, the
Company has received the resignation letter
from Mr. Yusuke Niwa as a Commissioner of the
Company. The Company will propose for
approval of the resignation at the nearest
General Meeting of Shareholders of the
Company.
