Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 3 Juni 2025 - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk
(PGE) (IDX: PGEO) telah menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Tahun Buku 2024 pada
Selasa (3/6) di Jakarta yang dihadiri oleh Direksi, Dewan
Komisaris, serta para pemegang saham. Dalam RUPST ini,
para pemegang saham PGEO menyetujui alokasi laba bersih
perusahaan, yang terdiri dari pembagian dividen sebesar USD
136,4 juta dan penyisihan laba ditahan sebesar USD 24 juta.
Sepanjang tahun 2024, PGE membukukan pendapatan
sebesar USD 407,12 juta, naik dari tahun sebelumnya dari
USD 406,29 juta. Laba bersih tercatat sebesar USD 160,30
juta, sedikit turun dari USD 163,57 juta di 2023. Meski
demikian, Perseroan tetapi menjaga profitabilitas yang solid,
arus kas operasional yang kuat serta efisiensi biaya secara
konsisten.

Yurizki Rio menyampaikan bahwa saat ini Perseroan berada
dalam kondisi keuangan yang sehat. Ia menegaskan hasil
kinerja 2024 menunjukkan fundamental solid serta ketahanan
bisnis Perseroan dalam mendukung transisi energi nasional,
terlebih di tengah ketidakpastian global.
Performa keuangan dan operasional yang positif itu
menegaskan keberhasilan penerapan strategi bisnis
berkelanjutan dalam mendorong pengembangan panas bumi
di Indonesia yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas, kata
Yurizki di Jakarta.
Sementara itu, PGE mencatat peningkatan produksi di
berbagai wilayah sepanjang tahun 2024, termasuk Kamojang
(+5,36% Year on Year/YoY), Lahendong (+0,40%), dan Lumut
Balai (+2,72% YoY). Secara keseluruhan, produksi listrik
mencapai 4.827,22 GWh atau meningkat sebesar 1,96%
dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Pencapaian ini
mencerminkan kinerja operasional Perseroan yang stabil dan
efisien.
Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk Julfi
Hadi menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas kepercayaan para
pemegang saham PGEO selama ini. Ia mengatakan, saat ini
PGE dalam tahap merealisasikan target kapasitas terpasang
sebesar 1 GW (gigawatt) dalam 2-3 tahun mendatang.
Upaya ini kami lakukan dalam mendukung agenda
transformasi bauran energi nasional dengan meningkatkan
kapasitas pembangkit Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) hingga
76% pada periode 2025 - 2034, katanya.
RUPST ini juga menyetujui adanya Perubahan Anggaran
Dasar Perseroan, di mana Perseroan akan menjalankan
Kegiatan Usaha dalam bidang Industri Alat Uji Flow2Max, Jasa
Pengujian Laboratorium, serta skema sewa atau optimasi aset
untuk menambah opsi pengembangan proyek melalui optimasi
aset eksisting.

Optimisme PGE Mengejar 1 GW
Sebagai world class green energy company dengan
pengalaman lebih dari 40 tahun, saat ini PGE mengelola
kapasitas terpasang sebesar 1.887 MW (megawatt), terdiri dari
672 MW yang dikelola mandiri dan 1.205 MW bersama mitra.
PGE optimistis dapat meningkatkan kapasitas terpasang
mandiri menjadi 1 GW dalam dua tahun ke depan, dan 1,7
GW pada 2033.
Selain itu, PGE menargetkan proyek Lumut Balai Unit 2 untuk
mulai beroperasi pada pertengahan tahun ini. Proyek ini akan
memperkuat portofolio energi hijau dan menjadi sinyal
optimistis PGE untuk mendorong peningkatan operasional dan
kinerja keuangan sepanjang tahun 2025.
Selanjutnya, dari sisi Environmental, Social, dan Governance
(ESG), PGE telah menunjukkan kepatuhannya dengan meraih
18 penghargaan PROPER Emas dari Kementerian
Lingkungan Hidup/Badan Pengendalian Lingkungan Hidup.
Apresiasi ini merupakan bentuk pengakuan tertinggi atas
kepatuhan terhadap regulasi lingkungan. Bahkan, PGE Area
Kamojang berhasil meraih PROPER EMAS selama 14 tahun
berturut-turut, menjadikan PGE satu-satunya perusahaan yang
memperoleh pencapaian ini.
Lebih dari itu, PGE juga meraih peringkat pertama ESG Risk
Rating Global oleh Sustainalytics dengan skor 7,1, yang
menunjukkan bahwa Perseroan berada dalam kategori
Negligible Risk atau risiko yang dapat diabaikan.
Menanggapi seluruh capaian positif PGE, Julfi menegaskan
sikap optimistisnya dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan panas
bumi. Keputusan mempertahankan jajaran direksi merupakan
bentuk kepercayaan para pemegang saham atas kontribusi
kami dalam menjaga performa perusahaan di tengah
tantangan industri. Oleh karena itu, kami mengucapkan terima

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, June 3, 2025 - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk
Facts (PGE) (IDX: PGEO) held its Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS) for Fiscal Year 2024 on Tuesday (3/6)
in Jakarta, attended by the Board of Directors, Board of
Commissioners, and shareholders. During the AGM, PGEO's
shareholders approved the allocation of the company's net
profit, consisting of dividend distribution of USD 136.4 million
and retained earnings allowance of USD 24 million.
Throughout the year, PGE posted revenue of USD 407.12
million, up from the previous year of USD 406.29 million. Net
profit was recorded at USD 160.30 million, slightly down from
USD 163.57 million in 2023. Nevertheless, the Company
maintained solid profitability, strong operational cash flow and
consistent cost efficiency.
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk Finance Director Yurizki
Rio said that the Company is currently in a healthy financial
condition. He emphasized that the 2024 performance results
show the solid fundamentals and resilience of the Company's
business in supporting the national energy transition,
especially in the midst of global uncertainty.
The positive financial and operational performance confirms
the successful implementation of a sustainable business
strategy in driving geothermal development in Indonesia that
benefits the wider community, Yurizki said in Jakarta.
Meanwhile, PGE recorded increased production in various
regions throughout 2024, including Kamojang (+5.36% Year
on Year/YoY), Lahendong (+0.40%), and Lumut Balai (+2.72%
YoY). Overall, electricity production reached 4,827.22 GWh or
increased by 1.96% compared to the previous year. This
achievement reflects the Company's stable and efficient
operational performance.

Julfi Hadi expressed his gratitude for the trust of PGEO
shareholders over the years. He said, currently PGE is in the
stage of realizing the installed capacity target of 1 GW
(gigawatt) in the next 2-3 years.
We are doing this to support the national energy mix
transformation agenda by increasing renewable energy
generation capacity to 76% in the 2025-2034 period, he said.
The AGMS also approved the Amendment of the Company's
Articles of Association, in which the Company will carry out
Business Activities in the Flow2Max Test Equipment Industry,
Laboratory Testing Services, as well as lease or asset
optimization schemes to increase project development options
through optimization of existing assets.

PGE Optimism Pursuing 1 GW
As a world class green energy company with more than 40
years of experience, PGE currently manages an installed

capacity of 1,887 MW (megawatts), consisting of 672 MW
managed independently and 1,205 MW with partners. PGE is
optimistic that it can increase its independent installed capacity
to 1 GW in the next two years, and 1.7 GW by 2033.
In addition, PGE is targeting the Lumut Balai Unit 2 project to
begin operations in the middle of this year. This project will
strengthen PGE's green energy portfolio and serve as an
optimistic signal to drive operational and financial performance
improvements throughout 2025.
Furthermore, in terms of Environmental, Social, and
Governance (ESG), PGE has demonstrated its compliance by
winning 18 Gold PROPER awards from the Ministry of
Environment/Environmental Control Agency. This appreciation
is the highest form of recognition for compliance with
environmental regulations. In fact, PGE Kamojang Area
achieved PROPER GOLD for 14 consecutive years, making
PGE the only company to achieve this milestone.
Moreover, PGE also achieved the first Global ESG Risk Rating
by Sustainalytics with a score of 7.1, indicating that the
Company is in the Negligible Risk category.
In response to all of PGE's positive achievements, Julfi
emphasized his optimistic stance in optimizing geothermal
management. The decision to retain the board of directors is a
form of trust from shareholders for our contribution in
maintaining the company's performance amidst industry
challenges. Therefore, we thank you for support, and going
forward, we will continue to be committed to providing the best
performance to support the national energy transition, he
concluded.
