Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat, With due respect, Sehubungan dengan dilaksanakannya Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (“RUPS”) Tahunan Tahun Buku 2024 PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk pada tanggal 27 Mei 2025, dengan ini kami sampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan dalam Pasal 2 ayat (1) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 4 Tahun 2024 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka yang berbunyi : “Anggota Direksi atau Anggota Dewan Komisaris yang memiliki saham dengan hak suara baik langsung maupun tidak langsung wajib menyampaikan laporan kepemilikan hak suara atas saham dan setiap perubahan kepemilikan hak suara atas saham Perusahaan Terbuka kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan”. In comply with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) for the 2024 Fiscal Year of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk held on May 27, 2025, we hereby submit this Disclosure of Information in compliance with the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 4 of 2024 concerning the Report on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership ofa Public Company, which states: "Members of the Board of Directors or Board of Commissioners who own shares with voting rights, either directly or indirectly, are reguired to report the ownership of voting rights on shares and any changes in the ownership of voting rights on shares of a Public Company to the Financial Services Authority." Sesuai dengan hasil RUPS tersebut, telah diputuskan pengangkatan Direktur yang baru yaitu Bapak Samsul Hadi, oleh karena itu PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan bahwa telah menerima surat kuasa dari Bapak Samsul Hadi untuk melakukan pelaporan kepemilikan sahamnya. Jumlah saham yang dimiliki per tanggal 27 Mei 2025 adalah sebagai berikut : Pursuant to the resolutions of the said AGMS, the appointment of a new Director, Mr. Samsul Hadi, was approved.
