3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta : Pada 30 Mei 2025, PT Vale menandatangani
Material / Description of Material Perjanjian Jasa Pertambangan dengan PT
Information or Facts Antareja Mahada Makmur sehubungan dengan
jasa penambangan dan pengangkutan material
bijih nikel di Blok Bahadopi 1, Sulawesi Tengah.
Cakupan pekerjaan dari perjanjian tersebut
meliputi jasa pengupasan lapisan tanah, jasa
penambangan dan pengangkutan bijih nikel,
serta pembangunan infrastruktur yang terkait
dengan jasa pertambangan.
On 30 May 2025, PT Vale signed the Mining
Services Agreement with PT Antareja Mahada
Makmur in relation to the mining services and
transportation of nickel ore material in Bahadopi
Block 1, Central Sulawesi.
The scope of work of the agreement includes
stripping services, mining services and
transportation of nickel ore, as well as
infrastructure development related to mining
services.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau : Kontrak jasa pertambangan ini akan
fakta material tersebut terhadap memperkuat operasional bisnis Perseroan
kegiatan operasional, hukum, dengan tambahan produksi bijih nikel dari Blok
kondisi keuangan, atau 1 Bahadopi untuk melengkapi Blok Sorowako
kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau yang telah beroperasi selama ini.
