Livzon Pharma Indonesia (Livzon) sebagai Pembeli, yang
masing-masing merupakan perusahaan terkendali Perseroan
dengan komposisi pemegang saham sebagai berikut:
1) Sanghiang, dimiliki secara langsung oleh Perseroan dan
oleh PT Bifarma Adiluhung (perusahaan terkendali
Perseroan);
2) Livzon, dimiliki secara langsung oleh Lian SGP Holding Pte.
Ltd. dan oleh PT Global Chemindo Megatrading (perusahaan
terkendali Perseroan).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini dilakukan sebagai pengembangan bisnis untuk
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan masa mendatang. Atas Transaksi tersebut, tidak ada dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan pada keuangan dan operasional yang dapat
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menggangu keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.
