BANK BSI PHASE I YEAR 2024 SERIES A

Semoga Bapak beserta seluruh jajaran senantiasa dalam keadaan sehat wal'afiat dan mendapat
taufik serta hidayah dari Allah SWT.

I hope that you and all your staff are always in good health and receive guidance and blessings
from Allah SWT.

Merujuk peraturan BEI No.I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi pada No.IV.2.11 yang
menyebutkan bahwa Perusahaan Tercatat wajib menyampaikan laporan mengenai kesiapan

dana untuk pelunasan efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) hari bursa sebelum efek dimaksud jatuh
tempo.

Referring to the IDX Regulation No. I-£E regarding the Obligation to Submit Information at No.
IV.2.11 which states that Listed Companies are reguired to submit a report on the readiness of
funds for the settlement of securities at least 15 (fifteen) stock exchange days before the said
securities mature.

Sehubungan hal tersebut, dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyiapkan dana
untuk pelunasan pokok Sukuk Mudharabah Berlandaskan Keberlanjutan Berkelanjutan | Bank
BSI Tahap I Tahun 2024 Seri A sebesar Rp1.700.000.000.000,- (satu triliun tujuh ratus miliar
rupiah) beserta bagi hasilnya yang akan jatuh tempo tanggal 24 Juni 2025.

In this regard, we hereby inform you that the Company has prepared funds for the repayment of
the principal of the Sustainable Mudharabah Sukuk I of Bank BSI Phase I Year 2024 Series A
amounting to IDR 1,700,000,000,000 (one trillion seven hundred billion rupiah) along with the
profit sharing, which will mature on June 24, 2025.
