PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
INCODRCN5A, INCODRCQ5A, DAN INCODRCX5A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“INCO”) pada tanggal 20 Mei 2025
tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur INCODRCN5A, INCODRCQ5A dan
INCODRCX5A, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran
Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur INCODRCN5A,
INCODRCQ5A dan INCODRCX5A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
INCODRCN5A, INCODRCQ5A, DAN INCODRCX5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“INCO”) dated 20th May 2025, related
to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant INCODRCN5A, INCODRCQ5A
and INCODRCX5A as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no
adjustment will be made to structured warrant INCODRCN5A, INCODRCQ5A and INCODRCX5A
pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
