Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan yang semula
akan dilakukan pada tanggal 8 April 2025 sampai dengan
7 Juli 2025, berubah menjadi pada tanggal 8 April 2025
sampai dengan 11 Juni 2025.
Perubahan periode ini dikarenakan Perseroan akan
melakukan Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan melalui
RUPS, yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 12 Juni
2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan memperkirakan tidak ada dampak terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan akibat dari perubahan periode
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham Perseroan tersebut.
