4. Keterbukaan Informasi PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk per tanggal 27 Maret 2025 mengenai Rencana Pembelian Kembali Saham oleh Perusahaan Terbuka dalam Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan. Melalui Keterbukaan Perseroan Informasi ini, menyampaikan — informasi sebagai berikut: JADWAL P! KSANAAN PEMBELIAN KEMBALI SAHAM Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan yang semula akan dilakukan pada tanggal 8 April 2025 sampai dengan 7 Juli 2025, berubah menjadi pada tanggal 8 April 2025 sampai dengan 11 Juni 2025. Perubahan periode ini dikarenakan Perseroan akan melakukan Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan melalui RUPS, yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2025. Through this Disclosure of Information, the Company conveys the following information: SCHEDULE SHARES BUYBACK IMPLEMENTATION The Share Buyback Period, which was originally scheduled to be carried out from April 8, 2025 to July 7, 2025, has changed to April 8, 2025 to June 11, 2025. The change in this period is due to the Company's plan to conduct a@ Share Buyback through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which will be held on June 12, 2025.
