Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, yang mana telah diberitahukan kepada
Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan Surat
Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data Perseroan Nomor AHU-
AH.01.09-0285547 tanggal 21 Mei 2026, Perseroan turut melakukan
perubahan nomor telepon kantor Perseroan.
In connection with the change of the Company's head office address
which has been approved in the Company's General Meeting of
Shareholders as set forth in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders of PT Fore Kopi Indonesia Tbk Number 61 dated
11 May 2026, which has been notified to the Ministry of Law of the
Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the Letter of Receipt of
Notification of Amendment to the Company's Data Number AHU-

CN AH.01.09-0285547 dated 21 May 2026, the Company has also changed the Company's office telephone number. Terhitung efektif sejak tanggal 7 Juli 2026, nomor telepon kantor Perseroan berubah dari sebelumnya (021) 3506373 menjadi (021) 39708388. Effective as of 7 July 2026, the Company's office telephone number has changed from previously (021) 3506373 to (021) 39708388. Perubahan nomor telepon kantor Perseroan dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut atas relokasi kantor pusat Perseroan guna menyesuaikan sarana komunikasi dan korespondensi resmi Perseroan dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional Perseroan. The change of the Company's Office telephone number was made as a follow-up to the relocation of the Company's head office in order to adjust the Company's communication facilities and official correspondence in supporting the Company's operational activities. In connection with the change of the office telephone number, the Company hereby informs that, @ffective as of 7 July 2026, all communications and correspondence by telephone addressed to the Company should use the Company's new office telephone number.
