dengan ini diberitahukan bahwa Perseroan akan
melaksanakan pembagian Dividen Final Tahun Buku 2024
dalam bentuk tunai (Dividen) kepada para pemegang saham
sebesar 60% dari Laba Bersih Perseroan Tahun Buku 2024,
sehingga setiap pemegang 1 (satu) saham akan memperoleh
Dividen sebesar AS$0,00329 (bruto).

shareholders a total of 60% of the Net Earning of the Company
