Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk ( selanjutnya
disebut dengan SMMA ) telah dan/atau akan melakukan
Penyertaan modal/ Investasi pada PT Sinar Mas Asuransi
Syariah berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat yang bergerak dalam
bidang Asuransi Umum Syariah sebanyak 0,001 % atau
sebesar Rp. 50.000,- ( lima puluh ribu Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah penyertaan modal tersebut tidak melebihi
20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga penyertaan modal
tersebut tidak bersifat material.
III. Transaksi ini masih dalam proses pengajuan
permohonan perizinan di OJK.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
