The amount of capital participation does not exceed 20Yo of the Company's eguity, so that capital participation is not material. This transaction is still in the process of submitting a licensing application to the OJK. That there is no impact of important events, information or facts on the Company in the form of impacts on operational activities, impacts on financial conditions and financial projections, legal impacts nor impacts on the Company's business going concern.
