In connection with the end of Mr. Teh Kian Kun's term of office as Director of the Company at the closing of this AGMS, we agree to reappoint him as Director of the Company, effective as of the closing of this AGMS: 4. We agree to honorably dismiss Mr. Bostomi Suharman from his position as President Commissioner of the Company effective as of the closing of this AGMS and to provide release and discharge from responsibility for the supervisory actions that have been carried out during his term of office and to appoint him as President Director of the Company, effective as of the closing of this AGMS: 5. In accordance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association, to approve the term of office of the members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners appointed as referred to in Decision Number 1 to 4, is calculated from the closing of this AGMS until the closing of the 5th AGMS without reducing the right of the GMS to dismiss them at any time. 6.
