The Company is unaware of any activities of certain shareholders as regulated in
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning
Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares.

Does the Company have plans to take corporate action shortly, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Acknowledge:

The Company has plans to distribute dividends in the near future (in the next 3
months), but this plan has not been decided and this corporate action has no
effect on the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.

Are there any plans by the main shareholders regarding their share ownership in
the Company? In this case, please ask the Corporate Secretary to ask the main
shareholders first to answer the confirmation.

Acknowledge:

Based on the confirmation of the answer from the main shareholder of the
Company throught the Corporate Secretary, The Main Shareholders of PT
Eastparc Hotel Tbk, as of the date of the issuance of the explanation letter from
the Company to the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, do not have any specific plans
regarding their share ownership in the Company.
