Bersama ini kami untuk dan atas nama PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk akan menyampaikan jawaban atas pertanyaan tersebut sebagaimana terlampir, 1. Klarifikasi tersebut atas kebenaran informasi Jawaban: Bahwa Benar terkait dengan adanya Gugatan yang diajukan PTAI kepada PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk dengan nomor Gugatan 1349/Pdt.G/2023/PN Sby. 2 Latar belakang gugatan tersebut terjadi Jawaban: PT Alim Investindo (Penggugat), menggugat pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPS LB) yang dilaksanakan PT Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk (Perseroan) pada tanggal 15 Juni 2023 yang dinyatakan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. 3. Status perkara hukum tersebut saat ini. Jawaban: Status perkara Hukum sampai bulan Mei masih berjalan di Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya dengan Agenda Saksi dan Saksi Ahli dari Pihak Penggugat. Dear Sir/Madam, In response to the electronic letter S- 04537/BEI.PP1/05-2025, which we received from the Indonesia Stock Exchange on May 9, 2025, regarding the Reguest for Clarification from the Exchange about the lawsuit filed by PT Alim Investindo against the Company, with case number 1349/Pdt.G/2023/PN Sby, we, on behalf of PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk, hereby provide our response to the guestions as attached: 1. Clarification regarding the accuracy of the information. Response: It is true that there is a lawsuit filed by PT Alim Investindo (the Plaintiff) against PT Bank Maspion Indonesia — Tbk, — with case number 1349/Pdt.G/2023/PN Sby. 2. The background of the lawsuit. Response: PT Alim Investindo (the Plaintiff) filed d lawsuit regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) held by PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (the Company) on June 15, 2023, which was claimed to be in violation of applicable legal provisions. 3, The current status of the legal case. Response: As of May, the legal case is still ongoing at the Surabaya District Court, with the agenda of witness testimony and expert witnesses from the Plaintiff's side. Jawaban : Perkara Hukum tersebut tidak secara Material dapat mempengaruhi keadaan keuangan, harta kekayaan dan kelangsungan usaha Bank. 5. Hal/upaya/rencana yang akan dilakukan Perseroan sehubungan dengan penyelesaian perkara hukum tersebut Jawaban : Perseroan akan membuktikan di Pengadilan dengan Bukti Surat dan atau dokumen serta Saksi- saksi yang ada bahwa RUPS yang dilaksanakan tanggal 15 Juni 2023 tersebut SAH dan sudah sesuai dengan peraturan serta perundang- undangan yang berlaku 6. Whether the value of the dispute in the lawsuit has a material impact on the Company's business continuity and operational activities? Please explain. Response: This legal matter does not materially affect the financial condition, assets, or the business continuity of the Bank. 5. The actions/plans the Company intends to take regarding the resolution of the legal case. Response: The Company will present evidence in court, including documents and available witnesses, to prove that the EGM held on June 15, 2023, was valid and in full compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. 6. The reason why the disclosure of this information was not made, given that the first hearing was held on February 18, 2025.
