Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta (09/05) telah dilakukan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Obligasi Obligasi II Adhi Commuter Properti Tahun 2022 Seri
B di Kantor Pusat ADHI, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan.
RUPO ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kewajiban PT Adhi
Commuter Properti Tbk dalam menyampaikan perubahan atas
aksi korporasi yang telah dilakukan. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh
Seluruh Direksi ADCP selaku emiten, Wali Amanat PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk Bank BJB,
Notaris Ibu Rosida Rajagukguk dan para pemegang obligasi.
Rapat dipimpin oleh Bimo Setyanto selaku Pemimpin Grup
Kustodian dan Wali Amanat Bank BJB. Adapun untuk
Pemegang Obligasi (Bond Holder), dihadiri oleh 98,04% dari
pemegang obligasi atau setara dengan Rp100 miliar dari total
Obligasi II Adhi Commuter Properti Tahun 2022 Seri B senilai
Rp102 miliar.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta (09/05) a General Meeting of Bondholders of Adhi
Facts Commuter Properti Bond II Year 2022 Series B was held at
ADHI Head Office, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. This GMB
was held as a form of obligation of PT Adhi Commuter Properti
Tbk in conveying changes to corporate actions that have been
carried out. This activity was attended by all ADCP Directors
as the issuer, Trustee of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa
Barat and Banten Tbk Bank BJB, Notary Mrs. Rosida
Rajagukguk and bondholders. The meeting was led by Bimo
Setyanto as the Head of the Custodian Group and Trustee of
Bank BJB. As for Bondholders, it was attended by 98.04% of
bondholders or equivalent to IDR100 billion of the total Adhi
Commuter Properti Bond II Year 2022 Series B worth IDR102
billion.
